「If you like to be surrounded by wood, this is your place. We felt like we were in a mountain cabin, yet we were in the middle of the city. Everything worked great especially the air conditioner!! Decor was really interesting and was fun to investigate. We like to cook and it had everything we needed for a nice meal. Location was perfect near the college and the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Abilene.」

「The property is located so close to downtown and all the fun things. We had events at The Ice House and Convention Center and easily walked to them. The walk at night is a bit sketchy. We love everything about this little cottage except the bathroom. It sleeps 10, so if it had been more than my husband and I - that would be hard. The shower is terrible - it’s a cute tub but showering in it is like having 5-6 white sheets clinging to you at all times. I fought my way through it! Lol! We will stay...

「The location is perfect and easy to access everything. The neighborhood is very charming and more lush with the tree line streets. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and we had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive and recommended some fantastic restaurants in the area. 「What a cute, cool house. Totally recommend to anyone traveling to Abilene for events at ACU. Our group of 6 (3 adults with 3 teens on a college visit) loved this house. Lots of space, great design, bunk room was perfect for teens and plenty of space for moms. Great outdoor space to relax and so convenient to ACU campus. Property manager was so nice, prompt, and made the rental process a pleasure. Will definitely be reserving this property again」

「Liked the location near the zoo and park. Nice neighborhood, no more than 5 miles to all stores and several restaurants. Plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable. We did need to pick up body soap and shampoo. The grass could have been cut prior to our stay but than again there had been rain. Over all it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again.」

「We were excited to visit our son for Homecoming at McMurry, and this was the perfect little place for us! Close to campus and everything we could need. The towels, bed sheets, and mattresses are great quality, and we slept comfortably, which is not typical when we’re away from home. The water gets super hot, which was amazing considering how cold it got during our stay. Having covered parking was a plus, too, as it rained quite a bit. Thank you for sharing your cozy little home with us!」
