This property was far from our expectations as there is a long list of deficiencies including maintenance items, security, and cleanliness. Not a typical VRBO property!!No functioning AC as advertised experiencing 90-100 degree days and very warm nights, torn window screens, a screendoor that was broken, the patio awning was broken, a toilet that did not flush properly, an eclectic collection of very well used pots, pans, and cooking utensils, poor WIFI & TV service, BBQ grates that were filthy, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was too noisy to opetate while trying to sleep, towel bar falling off a bathroom wall, toilet tissue holder falling off the cabinet in master bath. Then we had electrical service technicians who arrived un-announced, on two different days wanting to turn off the power for repairs and changing the meter out which was not done. This was unexpected interupption of our stay.The stairs inside had no lighting, the stairs to the dock from the upper deck were in disrepair and there were no hand rails for the steep up and down traverse.All in all it was a good stay except for the deficiencies we encountered.. Beautiful view and nice furnishings.This property should be brought up to quality standards expected by VRBO guests.We are disappointed and feel that we didn't experience the vacation stay we expected.
