「Very nice room. 」

「It served its purpose well. Would stay again if I was just needing a place to lay my head. 」

「It was gross. The hotel was sketchy with a weird man hanging around the front of the hotel. The bathtub was rusted and chipping. The pillows smelled like urine which made my hair stink and to make it all worse there was no late check out and the property manager literally waited outside my door as I was trying to get my things and leaves. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The whole experience was horrible. 」

「Not at all handicap accessible. Nonsmoking room reeked of smoke and bed linens had burn holes. Room under construction and not finished. Lights missing. Hotel staff unavailable at night. They wanted to charge a dollar for a second room key. Two sets of towels for 4 people. No breakfast offered. No parking spaces available in the immediate area, as there were piles of construction materials in several parking spots. Hotel employee (manager) became agitated and called police when my wife grazed...

「The room is too small, the room on the first floor has a smell not nice,the whole is clean, there is hot coffee all day, and I like the breakfast on Sunday.」

「Staff is great. The building is old and needs renovation: the carpet needs to be pulled up, the interior ceilings/walls need replacement or painting. The outdoor swimming pool needs fixing for the summer. The front yard waterfall should be taken down if there is no money for power washing and painting.」

「The conditions of the room was terrible. It was not clean. It was stuff left from the last person who stayed in the room. The sheets were not clean. They had stains on them. My daughter had to shower in shoes because the bathroom was so filthy. After complaining to the front desk she responded with “what’s the problem? What do you want me to do?” They refused to move us to a cleaner room so the very next morning we checked out. The customer service is terrible. The last yells and refuses to help...

「Everything was great, it's only a 10 minute drive to get to Busch Gardens from here. If you stay, definitely go to Highway Pizza. Hotel was awesome. 」
