"The setting was perfect, the description of a woodland retreat was spot on. We loved sitting gazing out at the squirrels playing in the trees and were lucky enough to have them come up to the door and peer in. After leaving out almonds for them we had daily visits.Seagulls Rest was beautifully styled, it felt welcoming and cosy. Thank.you to Tina who was so helpful with our enquiries. "Smart and attractively furnished with all mod cons. Decorated to a high standard. Conveniently located close to Hayle and with the advantage of a bus stop nearby. One of the nicest flats that we have stayed in. Highly recommended."

"Nice little place, for a good price. Comfortable beds. Clean and well presented. Close to areas such as St Ives and Penzance. It's not mentioned in the description that it is situated within a holiday park. You do have to pay extra for the pool as well, which is shared with others staying in the holiday park."

"This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in the UK. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely staff member called Laura who carefully explained all the opening times and where everything was around the site. Our mobile home was lovely with a fabulous sea view. Parking was important to me and I shouldn't have worried as each home has their own parking spaces enough for a few vehicles and some out door space to sit/play games. We brought our dog and there was a lovely welcome box for him including some treats, a towel and other goodies. Our dog was allowed pretty much everywhere on site with only a few sensible exceptions like the indoor swimming pool and bar area. The beach was amazing and we really did feel like we were abroad somewhere because of how beautiful the golden sand was and sea colour. We highly recommend and will definitely be going back again."

"The property was perfect for our needs. The views were great. Ours was an Autumn stay so didnt use the garden but it must be lovely in the summer.....secure and no paths or road directly outside. Not overlooked...parking private and spacious...the property had everything you could need....clean...comfortable...great access to the beach and coast path. (We no longer have dogs ....i did think that i may have been worried about them bringing too much sand or wet inside as the door opens directly into the kitchen diner...so recommend taking plenty of dog towels). We have been staying on the same site for about 14 years in a row but the chalet we used to rent is no longer available....this was an even better alternative so we will definitely try and use it again. The host was in touch before and during our stay to wish us a happy stay and to check we has everything we needed. No negatives at all. "
