The room was tattered and dirty. The breakfast was minimal poor quality hotel breakfast. I didn’t expect much from a Quality Inn but this hotel didn’t even meet that expectation.

Unpleasant stay

The room was terrible. We had to take the back off the toilet to flush it. There was a piece of iron rod sticking from under the bed. I didn't see it and ran into it and hurt my ankel. The tub was old and dengy. My blanket was torn, and the toilet had a nasty ring around it. When I went to bed something bit my leg.

Room was gross. Stains on bedding,room and hotel smelled really bad and broken lock on room door so couldn't even be safe. Pillow and blankets smelled ao bad i chexked out after a few hours. I couldnt sleep.

Not the place to stay

When we walked into the room, it was set for 61 degrees. The floor seemed wet to walk on. The bathtub fraucet leaks, there was no bracket to put across the door. When walking down the hall, I notuced the one of the rooms looked liked it had condensation building on the top of the door frame. For breakfast - the coffee was cold, the waffle batter was runny, the grape juice was okay. The back door to go in and out does not lock so anyone can walk into the hotel.

Do Not Book this nasty hotel! The owners and the family have a major attitude. They should be grateful someone is still booking their rooms in the small town Hayti Missouri. Toilet seat disgusting, sheets/comforter gross, mattress sunken and wobbly, roaches on the floor crawling. The breakfast is ridiculous, cold eggs, barely provided juice, wi-fi terrible, tv barely works… This was my last time staying at that place. I’m so glad to be at home in my own bed.

Around the bottom of the floor panel, it was mold in the toilet was mowed. The room itself, stink, like mold, wetness, and oldness.

Something happened in the night where a noxious gas was released into the building. The sheriff and fire department had to temporarily evacuate the building. The owner was on the phone with the front desk clerk who was trying to do her job, but the owner acted skeptical that anything was wrong. He seemed like he didn't care about the people staying at his motel.

This dump shouldn’t be open! It stinks and everything is outdated the pillows had stains, ceiling was cracked almost halfway across and I left with bed bug bites everywhere!

There was a smell in the room)moldiness and the inner curtains has black spots on them and yes roaches under the coffee pot. The toilet handle has to be held down to flush or it looks like it's going to overflow. There is no security meaning you just pull the back door open you don't need the key card. This would be okay place if they put a little more effort in cleaning it and get them critters out . The black mold is obviously in the bathroom in the corner of the tub. Someone didn't check the mini fridge old food left in there really housekeeping.
