“The bed was fine. It was a room only booking so no food was part of the stay. The location was good, but a shame about the number of people who use the green space outside to smoke marijuana. Ideal for a short stay, 1 or 2 nights, but not longer. ”

“Nice friendly staff. Hotel decor dated in places but they are investing in renovation and I had one such room on the top floor. Walls a bit thin as could clearly hear a rather amorous couple next door - but that didn’t last too long!”

“Lovely find. Clean room, fridge was a nice touch, clean and crisp bedding and fluffy towels. Tea & coffee facilities, another side table would have been helpful. Maybe coasters to avoid coffee cup marks. Definitely be back. ”

“It's quite good for my stay. I stayed in a room in the top floor. The staircase is a bit narrow, so you will find it more convenient if you don't have a big suitcase. The location is great. It's close to attractions in Brighton. I parked my car in the main street and just walked to the attractions.”
