“Staff was helpful but rooms could be better”

“Nice rooms. Air conditioner quit. So they moved us to another room. But the AC in that room did not get cool. They had a breakfast buffet coupon where you could eat for 5 dollars. But it didnt open till 8. We were on the road at 7. So that was useless.”
