"The roos have been freshly renovated and nicely finished with good quality furnishings. The breakfast was excellent including the service. The hotel is downtown on Main Street in Mattawa which is a beautiful town with lots to see walking about."

"If you like quiet places, this is the place to stay. Yes the facility is dated but the rooms are clean, couldn't hear anyone next door (saw them the next morning but had no idea they were there. The owner was very nice to have a conversation with. No breakfast but Tim Horton's is down the street. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, and the room stayed cool to sleep in mid August."

"This is a upscale and spacious waterside mansion within shouting distance from Quebec. It has a huge kitchen and dining complete with appliances and supplies. There is a main living room area with plenty of entertainment options and seating room for a big group to hang out. On the driveway there is a power outlet that allows us to plug in our portable EV charger. Outdoor activities include kayaks and paddle boards with plenty of life jackets of all sizes. Air conditioning is available throughout the house and there is free fiber high speed fiber internet. We had an unforgettable experience and time went by so quickly we didn't want to go home!"
