「To save cost, the service provider decides to wash the bed cover, sheets and towels right at the checked out hotel room. This obviously prolonged the cleaning process. When we finally got in, the extra sheets and covers were thrown on the rack in the closet, unfolded. The biggest problem is the dishwasher. It was broken, and full of uncleaned dishes. Open the dishwasher and it smells. Nobody has informed us about this and nothing has been done to address this issue. There was no tissues...

「Absolutely loved my stay here . The rooms were spotless . Location is fantastic just 5 mins walk to Massey hall and Eaton centre . Lot to do around the area . The hospitality was fantastic. 10/10 for staff . Easy check in process . Would love to stay here again」

「Front desk was very friendly and nice, the room was great and clean. We booked a Deluxed Studio room with queen bed: it has a medium size fridge, kitchenette, microwave, table and chair, own washroom and shower. It is like a mini studio apartment. Overall stay was good! The property itself is good, although it is small but it is secure. The building is not fancy like a 4 star hotel but if you need a night to stay it is good, clean and comfy. The shower is small but better than a shared...
