Beautiful hotel with phenomenal staff that took great care of us on our (4) day vacation to Sonoma Valley. Large luxurious rooms with daily breakfast in bed made this getaway extra special.

The staff was fantastic! Donald really did everything to make sure we didn’t have to do anything once we arrived, from handling parking to restaurant recommendations to wine samples. In-room breakfast was delicious, and the room was incredible. A must stay in Healdsburg!

Front desk staff, Donald, greeted us with wine or champagne, unloaded our luggage and valet parked our vehicle and was very personable. Our room was truly spacious with a very comfortable canopy bed, gas fireplace, and jet tub. There was even an old fashioned turn table near the bed, although the vinyl record provided was a bit unusual. We had indicated that we were celebrating an anniversary, and they left us a lovely bottle of wine in our room. Breakfast was included and delivered in a picnic basket to our room promptly at 8 am and was full of delicious fruit, yogurt with granola, juice, coffee, milk and pastries. Perfect way to start the day. The location was excellent within easy walking distance to many restaurants and church for Sunday morning Mass. Healdsburg is centrally located near many vineyards and wineries and we did several tastings within a half hour drive. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel property is in a great location, just off of the square. The rooms were nice and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast basket delivery in the mornings was also very convenient, and the pastries, fruit, hardboiled eggs, yogurt and coffee was just enough to get the day started.

The Liora Estate Hotel is gorgeous. Our high end restaurant was just around the corner. The location is right in the middle of things. The valet parking is complimentary and a real convenience. My favorite amenity was the spectacular breakfast delivered to the room in a basket. Everything you need to start the day.

满意：员工和服务，清洁度
The hotel was lovely although I have to say the amenities were less than expected. There were no shower caps or a lotion provided in the bathrooms. I've experienced a lot more and a lot less expensive hotels The location in Healdsburg was excellent. It was right near all the great restaurants and close to some good designer shops. The staff was wonderful and I have to give a shout out to Leticia, Gabby and Michael. They were all wonderful and accommodating. We did have a hard time contacting the front desk from our room. The telephone system was very confusing. Before arriving at the hotel, it was very difficult to get any response on questions that we might have had from the hotel. We were always put through to Voicemail and very seldom was the call returned.
