「The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel amenities were a great bonus, adding to the overall experience. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming during both check-in and check-out.」
「Elevator didn’t work. Room was on the third floor. The stairwell had no cameras the third floor, where my room was has no cameras. I did not feel safe as a single woman traveling alone. One of the washing machines was out of order and a bathroom in the lobby was also out of order. I couldn’t imagine a worse Accommodations. 」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
