「I was only at Longliner one night before a cruise departure from Sitka. Kevin greeted me at the airport and drove me to the cruise departure spot. The location allows you to walk to town. Wonderful hospitality. Give it a try. Only negative, the restaurant was not open. But the quick walk to town opened up multiple options. 」

「We were fortunate enough to have some sunshiney days on our visit. Sitka was spectacular and easy to explore on your own, renting a bike to get to hikes… no rental car needed. Quiet apartment except for road noise and easy access to downtown. Highly recommend Back Door Cafe for coffee and homemade bagels and pastries.」

「We arived in the middle of the night and check in was easy. The neighborhood was quiet so we could sleep in the next morning. The apartment was comfy and well furnished. We could easily walk the 15 to 17 minutes it took to get to downtown Sitka.We enjoyed the historic park full of totem poles; and the BEAK restauramt was fanbulous! It was a nice prelude to the small ship cruise the next day.」
