Granite Falls Heather Lake Trailhead Hotels

"Over all my stay was good. The room was clean the hotel was clean short of the construction that was going on but I wont hold that against you. Its a necessary evil to keep the place in good condition. My biggest complaint would be the channel availability on the tv. It was a bit disappointing because the room had a nice and large tv for a basic hotel room. But the channels available were lack luster. Also having to factory remote available so you can access the settings so you can stream from your phone, or having some sort of option to connect the tv to streaming services and youtube would be much appreciated. Last thing I would say is the breakfast wasnt the best. The quality of the eggs was a little sus and both of your protiens were sausage not a fan of sausage maybe have different types of protiens in the future would be excellent. Overall I had a good stay and would stay here again. Ps thank you to Carlos for being very helpful at the check in process."

"There was a family up above us that kept us up almost all night with very loud banging, almost like breaking furniture and it went on for hours. "

"They say pet friendly, but really they are not , esp when it comes to cats. I know that when we booked my cats had zero pests, and are very well behaved and well trained. But when we left we had fleas !!! Now my cats have been treated very well for fleas , and havent had fleas in over a year. They definitely got them from the room we stayed in , under the bed was absolutely disgusting, lots of garbage ect. Its too bad because even 5 months ago this place was mych nicer and cleaner . I wont be returning but the staff is friendly. "

"This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are courteous and welcoming. We spent the night here so that we could arrive at Evergreen Hospital for an early check-in. It's located close by. We'll be back if the need arises again."

"Property was very dirty. Pool very nasty . My bathroom was moldy , had scum everywhere, hair from previous guests. Carpet was smelly , and it wasn’t the humidity it was just nasty. What made if ok was the staff, just the person by the breakfast buffet was on her phone with some earbuds and ignoring a guest that requested something.. felt bad for those people.."
