"I booked this hotel because it was a meeting point of day tours, it was convenient for day tour The staffs were helpful, I arrived at 8:45,and asked for early check in due to the early flight, with the help of the lobby staffs ,we finally checked in at 10:30 Although not bottle waters provided, There was a water machine at the lobby provided hot and cool water. The Room was clean and comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time I come melbourne"
