The room was clean and comfortable. We were a little worried having read the reviews but we found our room to be ok. The bathroom however was a bit grimey and the shower head did not stand once the shower was turned on. The bed was comfortable, hairdryer was good as was the iron.

We had a free upgrade to a family room which they rang in advance to offer us, and waived the car parking which was lovely if them to do after we'd been driving for 10 hours. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel restaurant food and service was great.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is spacious for 2 of us. The only not so pleasant issue for me is: 1. The WC area is rather small. Basin and the small counter top is right next toilet seat (have to be careful not to drop item from the countertop). Towel holder is right in front of toilet seat. 2. No mouth rinsing cups provided (have to use the glasses meant for drinking) 3 Can hear next door guests (talking and TV).

Great room, very comfy bed and the service/ staff were excellent. Where you need to improve is the shower "rooms" because the water went everywhere in the absence of a curtain or screen. The continental breakfast is also very poor value for money. Tepid water (not hot) to make an instant coffee and the milk had clearly been sitting out for a long time that it had started to curdle.

Although the pictures were appealing the level of noise made for a unpleasant stay. The bathroom was very small and the shower that did not have a shelf had the worst water pressure. The car park is extremely tight and hazardous. Convenient location

It was very good, the beds are great and the room quiet. My only reason for not give five star is there is a connecting door between rooms and I could hear the other guest too easily and even smell his aftershave, this bothered me a lot. Apart from that it was a great a stay and the staff were very good.
