Welcome to Mayflower Stillwater 1268, a modern duplex townhouse in Deer Valley East that perfectly combines mountain charm with upscale comforts. Ideally situated, this home is just 1.5 miles from the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express Gondola and a short 15-minute drive to Park City's ski resorts and Historic Main Street. In summer, enjoy quick access to Jordanelle State Park and Reservoir for water sports, hiking, and more. With Heber City and Midway nearby, it's the perfect base for year-round mountain adventures.
This 3,230 square foot townhouse features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or group vacations.
You will enter through the garage or front door and step into the main level great room, bragging hardwood flooring and a vaulted ceiling. The slider door bathes this space with natural light and mountain views.
Living Room:
Relax in the beautifully decorated living room with mountain decor and stylish furnishings. Enjoy the plush sofas and chair, gas fireplace, and a 65” Samsung Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar, all while taking in stunning mountain views.
Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is a chef's dream with stylish granite countertops, bar seating, and high-end Viking stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and includes a kitchen island with seating for three and a combo drip/Keurig coffee machine.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a wood dining table with seating for six and a convenient pantry.
Family/Game Room (Lower Level):
