The room was not cleaned prior. A layer of dust accumulated on headboards and in the heating cooling system. There was trash left in the bedside table from previous guest. One item that was left prior to our stay was extremely inappropriate and I had a child with me. The owner lied about pet policy until we showed her website. And questioned my service dog at first. The service wasn’t terrible and it wasn’t a bad area. Just a little dirty and obviously the owner tries to squeeze for more money until you show proof. I’m being polite with my response…

Good place to stay
Overall, the place was good. Everything was functioning. Linen could have been cleaner, but they were okay. The room had a musty smell. I would have preferred better soaps. The bed was good. We slept well.

Great bang for your buck if you're going to the National Trail Raceway! Front desk was friendly, room was clean, and was able to park right in front of my room.

Don’t stay here
Really really gross. Bed sheets had stains, comforter had stains, pillows had stains. Found hairs all through the bed. Carpets had cigarette burns. Heater was so loud I couldn’t sleep with it on, so it was freezing all night. Felt like I was in one of those horror movies waiting to be hunted.

The desk clerk called the owner to verify that I had an Expedia reservation. The owner asked him if I look like a good customer (presumably to avoid putting a problem client in a room). During both of my stays here, there was no alarm clock. During my first stay, I forgot to ask for a non-smoking room at the desk and they gave me a smoking room by default. During both of my stays here I had to wait for the folks next door to finish their erotic encounter before being able to sleep.

The man that checked me in charged me $40 pet deposit for our kitten who is trained to use litter. When I left Sunday he would not give me my $40 back. He said you could tell i had an animal in there, which I paid a deposit for. He was VERY RUDE. If anyone books there they are nuts. Spend the extra money and go somewhere where they appreciate the customer.

STAY AWAY
The room stank, the bed had plastic sheets, there was no hot water at all. None. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work, so I called with my cell phone and it rang for several minutes and no one answered.

Terrible and bugs
They are rude as hell and they have bed bugs and roaches they said they were going to call the cops because we are five minutes late packing our stuff into the car and they kept walking back and forth watching packed our stuff and wouldn't let us throw our trash it's their trash can we had to remove every single thing from the room all the trash and everything
