The sheets had stains on them and it looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. Breakfast consisted of bread and a few small boxes of cereal

Great last minute stay.
Absolutely loved the receptionist when we walked in. Friendly and helpful. We had issues with the TV and she came right down to help and we didn't have any other issues. Clean and very hot water! Only issue I had was the breakfast wasn't that great but she explained they only had to offer certain items and they went above and beyond what they had to offer per guidelines. But she did point us to an awesome little restaurant for breakfast and it did not disappoint.

We wanted to stay only one night while on the road while we traveled cross country. This motel was perfect for our needs. We didn't want anything fancy, only clean and quiet, easily accessed off the highway. It was perfect for our needs.

Very clean, good for one night stay passing thru
A very clean and comfy place. It’s a simple hotel without a lot and bells and whistles but that was fine for us. We were just looking for a clean and decently comfy place to sleep for one night and this fit the bill. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We’d stay here again.

Super comfy bed, nice quiet room. TV was glitchy and the bathroom fan could wake the dead, but the staff was great. Don't expect much for breakfast, but it's better than nothing just to hit the road again.

The pillows were very small. There seemed to be an oder in the whole building. It is a none smoking property, but almost a discernable smoke or other smell. Otherwise the room and property seemed clean.

Were stuck staying in a room for 2 nights with no working toilet. When the staff was informed we were told well sorry that was the last room, and that was it. No attempts to fix it.

I didn't even get there. I searched hotels miles away and somehow booked at the one I did, not sure how it was on the list being so far away and so close to the one place I avoid like the plague - Gary, IN. Besides being freaked out after getting off the interstate there while following GPS, all the roads around were closed by construction. I had to cancel and get me and my daughter the heck out of there and still got charged, which ended up making me have to drive all the way to our destination that night - didn't get in until after 3am and I was falling asleep at the wheel. Worst. Mistake. Ever. Will never use hotels.com again.

Cheap hotel
Place is a trash heap. Staff very friendly. If it wasn’t $54 and just a quick stay on my way back from vacation I would have stayed elsewhere. Junk everywhere, people hanging out in parking lot, room are old and dingy, a/c looks and sounds like it is going to fall apart. Parking lot full of pot holes. Instead of fixing the paint it black and call it good.

The hotel wasnt bad and the lady behind the desk helped me out tremendously. We got in late(almost midnight) and i had just bought the room approximately 30 minutes before, 2 doubles. When we got there apparently they didnt have any of those, so Hotels.com sold me rooms they didnt have. Luckily the lady was really nice and upgraded us to double queens to alleviate hotels.com error.

Good for the price
Beds were amazingly comfortable! We slept well! Definitely a very dated hotel and they are trying to renovate. Sparse breakfast-but to be expected, especially for the low price of our stay. The women working the desk in the evening and morning were both super friendly. Just fine for a quick stop over on our trip West. The Denny’s next door had good food.

The room was big and comfortable. But they was a spot on the carpet that had nails sticking up from the trim not being fixed. Also I wanted a room with two queen beds and got a room with two double beds. The complimentary breakfast was non-existent. I went down every morning right after breakfast started and nothing was available. I understand shipments get delayed and stuff but for three days not to have anything really kinda disappointing.

I wouldn't call the items served as being breakfast. There was no bowls nor utensils to eat the oatmeal packets. A couple pieces of fruit. I would have purchased food if I knew in advance about the lack of breakfast items.

Stayed one night while visiting family in area. We had choice of two hotels, and choose this one because it was half the price of the other hotel. Doesn’t have a pool, but we were only going to be there to sleep. Also no free breakfast, but we would be eating brunch with family. So it was an easy decision. Very basic, and interior on older side but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff friendly at check in and even upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite. Will stay again if in area and only needing sleep spot. Will stay again while in area

We were happily surprised to see how nice and clean the spacious rooms were. All of the staff were vey friendly and helpful with all our requests and questions. Will be staying here again when we go back to that area.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and I enjoyed the design of the rooms. The only thing I saw that needs to be fixed is the carpet in my room had several spots that were worn or fraying. I will use the accommodations again in the future and will let other’s know how nice it was. I think the quiet of the hotel was exceptional.
