The cabin on a bay not open ocean. Was beautiful but not was disappointing to me No washer/dryer, no dishwasher, no closets or wardrobe or chest of drawers, no place except the floor for suitcase, windows held open by sticks, tub shower combo difficult for me to get in/out. I’m 80 years old and this property was hard for me. Indoor camping which might be great for some, but not for me at this time in my life. Also house on slope from road, lots of uneven outdoor surfaces and stairs. Needed more blankets. Cold nights. Host was excellent. Thoughtful, personable and available. Im sure others would like this cabin just not for me. When I was in my 20s 30s I’m sure would have been ok, I think listing needs to represent property more accurately.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this property while visiting our son, who is working as a deckhand on the Bluenose II in nearby Lunenburg, NS. The cottage was the perfect home base for our trip, offering a comfortable and relaxing place to return to each day.Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great visit. The property itself was immaculate, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. Die Unterkunft war genau das Richtige für uns - einfach, aber mit Charme und wunderbarer Lage. Kolibris und Eichhörnchen als Gäste auf der Terrasse, tolle Sonnenaufgänge und Lunenburg & Umgebung nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Faizan war ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber und jederzeit für Fragen ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

This cottage has everything you need and is located on a spectacular piece of land with exceptional water views from its large deck. Access to the water is easy - down steps and then down large rock steps. We kayaked every day and tied our boats in tbe water/ on the beach by the stairs (high and low tide). The hosts really care about your stay and about the property, and it shows. The bedding and towels were high quality and spotless. This cottage is a kayaker's paradise!
