All the onsens i tried during my stay especially the ones in the private rooms are like a retreat experience that can cleanse the mind, body and soul. Highly recommended for couples & family trips."

"We booked none smoking room, however the room we got was terrible with smoke smell. We opened window for catching fresh air but 2 hours later on second evening there were a chemical smell coming in from open window…… The room has very poor noise/voice barriers. Stepping sounds, talking, snoring, and even those Japaneses (95% travellers speak Japanese) farting sounds on hallway you heard every night."
