“In room air conditioning didn’t work. Very helpful maintenance worker was sent up and he was able to get the fan working but the air never got cold. There was nothing more he could have done so I just dealt with it. Other than that it was good”

“I loved my morning walks along the Columbia river. The hotels location is right next to the river and offers beautiful views. The hotel offered great breakfast options in the morning and was accommodating when we needed a late check out. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.”

“This is a very nice lodge in Richland on the water. We were very surprised with the Lodge, dining, rooms and location. Very nice area for walking for exercise. Shopping, food and gas readily available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan on going back to stay at this lodge again. It was quite nice.”

Was completely amazed at the customer service by the desk clerk who not only was extremely courteous when checking in, but he came around and helped us with the door and our luggage rack. This seems like something every desk clerk would do, but that is not necessarily true. Not only was he helpful, he was so kind! “Great views of the marina and the river. Property is clean and well maintained. In house dining was limited, however great dining choices were nearby. Fitness room was almost completely equipped with cardio machines and very limited otherwise. Indoor pool is small. Staff was very helpful and courteous.”

“Room Smelled Musty or was used as Room for Animals. Damage to Room Bed Stand that wasn't repaired prior to our arrival. Staff was great and friendly. Breakfast offering we meager and not very good. Air conditioning sounded like it was on last leg and louder than normal. I cant speak for other rooms but it seems lately when ordering thru Expedia they give you a less quality room. if you ordered it through them you might. Have been noticing this lately when booking thru Expedia experience, just……
