While our room was super clean the hallways and elevator could have used a vacuum. Hot tub was out of order and looked to have been that way for a while. I wish guests could be made aware of that ahead of time. One front desk person was great!

It was a bit of a bad experience for me. The toilet and bathroom countertop felt like they were designed for toddler height, they were low. The first time I flushed the toilet, it overflowed and flooded the bathroom. The front desk only offered towels and a plunger (no solid matter btw). Needless to say my first impression was not too high. The mattress was firm and there was a mysterious red stain seen through the dark brown carpet next to the bed. The room was out dated, with several worn in damage spots. (Which concerned me when they wanted a card for incidentals) Now for a little good. The parking lot was LARGE. Plenty of front of building parking. I don’t remember any foul odors. It felt cleanish, for how old it felt. I did feel safe, as a male who can handle himself. All in all, it was a 2 1/2 to 3 star place. It didn’t feel like a seedy motel with prostitutes and druggies. It felt like a cheap blue collar hotel, where one can get a little rest for the night. It was slightly overpriced for the state it is in. After staying here, it will not be my first option. There are less outdated and cheaper places that I would choose.

I have gone here before and it was not a bad hotel. This time around it seemed to have really worsened. Microwave and fridge was broken. Food was bad. Either really close to expiration or sour tasting. Jacuzzi was broken too.

Our recent stay at the hotel was unfortunately a mixed experience. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process set the tone for the visit. The front desk clerk came across as very unwelcoming and seemed bothered by even basic questions, which made us feel more like an inconvenience than guests. A warmer greeting and a bit of friendliness would have gone a long way in creating a better first impression. The room itself left quite a bit to be desired. It felt dingy and worn, with an overall lack of freshness and attention to detail. The lighting was dull, the furnishings looked tired, and the space just didn’t have the clean, comfortable feel you hope for when staying away from home. While everything technically functioned, the condition of the room made it hard to fully relax. On a positive note, the breakfast was easily the highlight of the stay. The selection was better than expected, the food was fresh, and the dining area felt much more inviting than the rest of the property. It ended up being the one part of the day we actually looked forward to, and it helped make the stay a little more enjoyable despite the other issues. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of hospitality at the front desk and the condition of the room made the experience fall short. With some improvements to customer service and room upkeep, this could be a much better place to stay, but in its current state it was just average at best.

Everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in a few hours early. The man at the front desk, said "the room is ready, so why not!" Breakfast was fresh, tidy, and appliances (toaster, waffle iron etc.) were clean. When we visit our daughter and grandkids again we will definitely stay here again!
