讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
I was a bit sceptical when I made the booking, especially because the reviews I read before I made the booking weren’t very supportive. But from the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we could say that the reviews were totally wrong. We were looked after with genuine warmth, care, and friendliness that made our stay truly amazing. The food was a set menu, which worked out great for us. It was homely and delicious. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the guests were treated right. Murugan and his wife Meena catered to our food needs and ensured we were well fed all the time. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. The view from our cottage was was serene and lovely. Overall, it was an experience far better than we expected, and we’re already looking forward to returning again.

THE WORST experience I ever had. It was a pathetic experience from check in to check out. Pls do not overwhelm by looking at the photo. Rude staff, slippery places and no help offered even after we fell down. Damaged bed spreads, no hot water, restroom lock not working and ironically none of these problems are sorted out throughout my stay there. I would classify this as SCAM considering the amount they collect and service they provide
