Very nice hotel in the best location of the city. You are at the doorstep of the old town you really can’t get a better location. Even though it’s in the heart of the old town, it’s very quiet in the rooms, which were also nice. Bed was comfortable and the accommodation were great. Sam, who checked me in was so friendly and inviting, he made our stay very pleasant

Old established hotel in great location. The small lift was not working on the Sunday when we arrived so we had to carry our bags up several flights of stairs. This outage was not mentioned at check in

This is a lovely place and location cannot be better. You can walk everywhere. It's just opposite the main cathedral. Staff is friendly and really helpful. Sam at the reception is very approachable and helpful. I had a great stay. Highly recommend

Very cool hotel!

Hotel is very cool, historical and is located perfectly in the center of the Aldstadt. We were there for the illumination of the Heidelberg castle and it couldn't have been more perfect. Staff was very helpful as well. Our room was a little quirky to get to be we had a fabulous view of the castle out our window!

Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön. Der Service war hervorragend. Wir konnten direkt von der Stadtmitte aus zu Fuß alles erreichen, was sehr angenehm war. Der Preis war exzellent, da das Hotel demnächst renoviert wird.

Im Grunde ist die Bewertung von Expedia, aufgrund dessen ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe kompl. falsch. Wir sind von daher von Expedia sehr enttäuscht. Sauberkeit, wenn man reinkommt steht dort als erstes eine total durchgesessene Couch. Die Duschwände und die Armaturen waren absolut nicht sauber, trotzten nur so vor Kalkflecken, hatten das sofort bemängelt aber es wurde nichts behoben. Dort wo sich normalerweise ein Kühlschrank befindet war ein ein leere Schrank. Der Kleiderschrank hatte ebenfalls Macken. Tresor vorhanden aber nicht nutzbar. Nun zum Buffett, Rührei und Speck, kalt, alle Brötchen trocken. Ich könnte noch einiges mehr aufzählen, aber ich glaube es reicht :-( :-(

eine Zimmerreinigung fand nicht statt!das angebotene Kabelfernsehen war nicht verfügbar!der Zimmersafe wurde erst nach Nachfrage aktiviert.ein Wasserkocher für den morgendlichen Kaffee war nicht vorhanden.das Frühstücksangebot war unterdurchschnittlich.... diese Unterkunft kann man trotz toller Lage und toller Geschichte nicht weiterempfehlen...schade...
