"The property was immaculately kept. And the room was clean. From check-in to check-out, all of it can be done independently. Beverages that were prepared was sufficient and was generous. However, the code to access and enter the property was rather difficult to access especially from a foreign country. we were lucky to have a good samaritan came by and helped us out."

"Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that."

"Great stay, would definitely stay again. Only 5 minutes walk away from Schlump metro station. On a beautiful tree lined street. Very quiet. Slept so well on the cosy bed. "It is a really fabulous historic building that has been restored to it's former glory. The apartment is on the upper floor and covers the whole floor. So it is latge and comfortable with a small backyard looking balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. A backery is just around the corner and downtown Elmshorn just a few minute walk away. The Hosts are very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. Could not have asked for better hosts. We loved it!"
