“Nous sommes allés en hiver pendant les marchés de Noël. Le cadre est idyllique. Notre vue sur la chambre était surprenante.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous étions dans une suite familiale lit en baldaquin chacun avait son espace autant les enfants que les adultes. L’espace ne manquait pas.
Nous y retournerons sans problème😉”

“优点：车开进庭院大门的时候，几乎所有人都“哇”出了声。曾是皇家狩猎行宫的酒店恢弘气派，整个建筑和庭院极致对称，视觉冲击巨大。院子里不能停车，只有少数两三个刚check-in的车停在门口。check-in过程很顺利，负责的staff态度很好，给我们升级了一间房以及每间房送了一支红酒，是酒店自己的酒庄，出人意料的好喝。
晚上在酒店的意大利餐厅用餐，非常满，要提前订座。味道很好。
第二天一早，从酒店能看到科隆的天际线，大教堂的尖尖顶就正对着酒店大门。酒店所在的bensberg小城很安静，下面一条街就有很多bakery，吃早餐也非常方便。
缺点：房间很小，即使upgrade的那间也算不上宽敞。职员态度很好但是服务速度实在有点慢，要个热水等得我睡着了两觉才送来个烧水壶。
另外停车比较贵，我们停在了酒店步行5分钟的教堂，overnight不要钱。”

I recently stayed at IBIS budget hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the hotel that made my stay less than satisfactory.
Firstly, I was surprised to find out that the hotel required a deposit for the use of a hairdryer. This seemed unusual to me, as hairdryers are a standard amenity in most hotels. Additionally, the bathroom lacked any sort of curtain or door, which made it quite awkward and uncomfortable for my family. This lack of privacy was a major inconvenience and made the bathroom feel very exposed.
Finally, the room itself was incredibly small, with barely enough space to move around. This made it difficult to unpack and relax, and it felt quite cramped, especially with my family.
Overall, I would not recommend IBIS budget hotel for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The lack of privacy in the bathroom, the deposit required for a hairdryer, and the cramped room made for a disappointing experience.
