"Lovely hotel in a superb location. The room was very comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to provide welcome gifts for our kids and had their sleeper sofa set up as soon as we checked in. Breakfast was also plentiful with many different options. I do wish the coffee was a little stronger, but everything else was great. Overall would highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel is great & in an excellent location and the adjoining brewery restaurant was superb. But the room was very noisy with outside noise from 7:30am onwards considering we were on the fourth floor. Also the wooden floor creaked & banged every morning around 5:30am beside the bed which woke us up. Check out this morning was not the usual from a 5 star hotel. We did not get the usual “how was your stay & had everything been ok” In fact the receptionist was very blunt & cold with no smile on her face which is not what we usually encounter."
