"We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was super nice and gave us a room upgrade as well facing the beautiful mountains view. The hotel is located in a great location. Lots of small cafes and restaurants around. The mamma mia pizza place was one of the best pizzas I’ve had. A small window baklava cafe is must go which is 5 minutes walk away. "View from the room was incredible! Great location for exploring Innsbruck in a day, very easy to walk around, close to many dining options and shopping. Room was very clean, staff were friendly, overall a great stay! We also utilized the secure luggage storage. However the privacy in the bathroom could be improved as it is fully glass walls and doors. "

"Wonderful hotel, 10 minutes walk along the river into town and the Nordkette Funicular station is just opposite the hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful my stay was perfect. Also there's a Spar supermarket next door for provisions. 100% recommend "
