Cherokee Ridge 7 – Pet Friendly Cottage That is All About Location, Location.

Escape to the mountains!

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with both a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom has a full size tub and shower. Enjoy the new electric fireplace from the couch or the king size bed and then relax in the hot tub on the back porch anytime of day.

Please note that this is an open floor plan or studio cottage. The television can be seen from both the sofa and the king bed. This cottage does not have a private bedroom.

This is a group cabin and is perfect for a couples weekend. This cozy spot is about 1.5 miles from Unicoi State Park with swimming, hiking, fishing and about 5 miles from downtown Helen.

This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $75 + tax for the first and $25 + tax for each additional.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Cherokee Ridge 7 is available to families or to guests 21 years and older.
• Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles.
• Access: The road is dirt and gravel up to the property. Low profile vehicles not recommended.
• Pets: Cherokee Ridge 7 is pet-friendly.
• Location: 5 miles to downtown Helen.

Anniversary vacation

The cabin was spotless and well stocked. Great private location and Jessica was a godsend about booking us another nights stay. Highly recommend this property and we will be staying imhere again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. We had a wonderful time staying in the cabin for a nice long weekend away. The cabin was perfect - it had everything that we were looking for and made our whole trip that much better. It is very conveniently located to both Unicoi State Park and Helen - any kind of activity or adventure is so close by. The relaxing atmosphere of the cabin and the hot tub made the evenings calm and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! In addition, the staff at Georgia Mountain rentals were amazing - checking in before and during our stay, communicative, and helpful.

Hidden in the woods...

I enjoyed the location and setting of this property very much. After an outing in Helen for the Oktoberfest celebration it was so relaxing to have the peace and quiet of being in the woods. The cabin was very clean and had everything you would need to grill or cook

Location was wonderful and a short trip into Helen. Very accommodating for our 5 year anniversary. Only issue was not having enough pots to use. Overall I would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

Quiet retreat

The place would have been Perfect had my wife been able to climb into the bed without bringing in the stairs for the hot tub. Seriously who makes the top of the bed 38" high off the floor? Other than that the place was clean, and peaceful.

Hair was on toilet and in shower,table was dirty,trash from 4th of july was in cup on table. Shower water didn't stay hot long,ac vent was broke and someone put cardboard in vent to hold open.Being charged over $100 for cleaning fee was crazy. The bed was awesome and pillows were great. Very easy access and great location.Grill was a plus for cooking.
