Up to May 15th of 2025 construction works will likely be taking place on property, two doors down. At this point, Bungalow #3 is framed and any noise would be limited to inside and on the weekdays only, However, there could be occasional noise from 8am-7pm {Monday to Friday}

Bedroom 1 (Queen) Bedroom 2, twin beds, one twin trundle (closest to window) that can be moved to stationary twin to make king, if preferred. Full bath with tub/shower.
Pet friendly for our well behaved friends. Please help us stay pet friendly by picking up behind your pets outside.

Approx. 30 - 50ft (across the street) just before, at the end of fence and at the old bridge offers access to the Chattahoochee River & fly fishing paradise. The rocking chair front porch is a favorite and offers some views of the river. Save on parking fees by staying with us, downtown. Walk to downtown shopping, liquor store and our famous Betty"s Country Store (IGA) for groceries. Walk to many restaurants including Paul's Steak House (on the River) where you can dance the night away at Paul's Margarita Deck with live music and seasonal karaoke. Enjoy the Indoor Fun Factory with skating rink, go-carts, laser tag, bouncy house & arcade on sunny and rainy days. Water park & tubing during those warm summer days and don't forget the zip lines & rollercoaster, one of our favorites. Helen offers something for everyone.

Perfect Vacation Cottage

Great Place to Stay

Perfect location to explore Helen by foot. Everything is as advertised and it was great. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. No problems in any way. Our little dog enjoyed his stay, too.

Girl’s Trip

Loved how convenient this place was to town. We were in walking distance to everything. This was a very cute place that met all our needs. It was very clean and had comfortable furniture. Owner was very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. We are definitely staying here again.

This place is perfect. First off very clean, easy check in, did I mention location. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Most all things in town are in walking distance. This was our Anniversary week and we thoroughly enjoyed our week.

The best location!

We stayed for a week for our spring hiking trip. The cottage is absolutely perfect for a getaway to Helen. The owner is easy to reach for any questions, the cottage is clean and has everything you need and the best location. You can park in your driveway, walk to town in minutes to any number of restaurants, shops and bars and never have to worry about parking or weekend traffic.

Girls weekend getaway

Lovely little cabin. Slept 3 adults one pre-teen just fine. Close to all the action on the main street (food and shopping). We walked everywhere. We came here for the Christmas market,which is walking distance.You don't really need to drive your car unless you go up to the castle. Cabin was clean. Queen bed very comfy. I will be back . definitely stay here again.

I think the cleaning crew must have skipped a lot after the last visitors. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, pet hair on the master bedroom curtains., used coffee pods still in the coffee maker

Great location

The cabin was in a great location. Overall the cabin was nice and clean. The main recliner in the living room smelled a little like urine and seemed pretty old. We also didn’t have any toilet paper when we arrived. Luckily I had packed some with me. Other than that the stay was nice. Would just recommend updating some things.

Charming cottage in a great location!

We loved this cozy cottage! We felt at home from the minute we walked in the door, like staying at Granny's 😉 We had a minor issue during our stay and the owners were very quick to respond and get it resolved. It was comfortable for our group of four adults, although sometimes we wish we had a second bathroom, haha. The location was perfect for walking downtown to all the shops and restaurants. We didn't see any horse and buggies, but did enjoy relaxing on the front porch. Betty's country store is a short walk around the corner and so convenient for anything you need. I would definitely stay here again!

Short Stay

The house was very clean and a great location to town. It’s a secondary street but very busy with tubing buses going by but no horse and buggies. Other than traffic, it’s a very quiet and safe area. Parking is a plus, plenty of room for two vehicles. Directions were straight forward regarding check in and check out. Since it was 2 couples, I wanted two bedrooms which we got but I guess I misread the ad. The first bedroom was a queen and I was expecting the second room to have a king. I gave our friends the queen . We ended up sleeping separate on the twin beds. I wasn’t real happy about that but it was only a couple of nights . However, the beds were very comfy and I slept great. When I got home I reread the ad and I still don’t “get it.” Maybe clarify the ad for dummies the part about the beds in the second bedroom. The porch was a big hit and we enjoyed just hanging out there. All in all the stay was positive . A good clean and safe place to stay. I would recommend and stay again! Thanks for sharing your home.

The property owner is awesome to communicate with and willing to answer any questions you many have. The little bungalow is so beautiful and clean. We have stayed in many different places in Helen, but this one will be our place for now on. The cozy feeling of home away from home just made our stay perfect.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was included, even a washer and dryer, which we did not use. The perfect location within walking distance to everything. The host was very communicative and responded very quickly to all of my messages and even refunded my pet fee, once I realized my boarder had space. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent location, very clean, can't ask for more.

We had a great stay with our family, including goldendoodle. This was a great location, close to everything but still separated enough to not feel like you can't enjoy the outdoor area. Extremely clean place, and very easy check in/out process. Recommend to anyone!
