This property was clean and a great value. The pool and breakfast options were good. It is a little further out from town, so the walk is a bit longer to the shops and restaurants but it’s close to the water park and tubing.

Reasonably priced hotel. The shower was AMAZING in rm 118. The room was very clean, it did however show evidence of a few dings and some chipping paint. The location was convenient; close but not in the heart of the traffic. Would definitely chose it again.

The hotel itself is in a great location to explore Helen as well as surrounding state parks. There is a lovely trail that follows the river just across the street at is a lovely get away from the sun after exploring shops and restaurants

The property is well located, nice environment, close to everything, the building itself is wonderful. However, the place is in need of a DEEP cleaning. The sheets, floor, halls and room in general need attention.

The hotel was incredibly close to Main St and made touring Helen much simpler. However, the door to our room would get stuck and was incredibly difficult to push open. The bathtub did not drain well and the shower curtain was too short so water soaked the bathroom floor. The room was clean and well-stocked and the AC was lovely and fairly quiet. There was no coffee in the room and the breakfast spread in the lobby was very limited and disappointing. And the pool was closed but that makes sense with it being October. Parking was great. Privacy was great. The hotel was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay but do feel like the hotel was overpriced for the actual state of things but we did go in peak tourist season and it was very close to the main area so I can understand some price increase. Will most likely stay again if only to avoid having to deal with parking at the hotels that are actually on Main Street.
