Your cozy Helen hideaway in the trees — close enough to walk to Main Street, far enough to feel worlds away. Soak in the hot tub, sweat in the dry sauna, challenge each other in the game room, then curl up after a perfect day. 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, Twin trundle bed and a Queen Sofa Couch. This is what mountain memories are made of! Outside: griddle, a fire pit area and hot tub.



House Rules

- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.

- Pets: We welcome one dog per stay. Dogs only — no cats or other pets are permitted. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies. Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved.

- No smoking or vaping: Smoking, vaping, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

- No parties or events: Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

- Renter agreement: A signed renter agreement is required prior to check-in.

- Security deposit: A $200 refundable deposit is collected and returned within 5 days after checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or other issues.

- Septic system: This property uses a septic system. Please do not flush any items. This includes wet wipes, diapers, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or any other items.

🎈 Hot Air Balloon Race (June) — The annual Helen to Atlantic Hot Air Balloon Race launches right from downtown.
