Step into the game room — pool table, foosball, three leather sofas, flat-screen TV, and a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam. Plus a private half bath.

The main level's open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas — perfect for the whole group. Two queen bedrooms share a full bath. Step out to the deck for morning coffee or a gas grill cookout.

Up the spiral staircase, the loft king suite features a twin trundle, walk-in closet, full bath with dry sauna, and a private deck with treetop views.

Outside: a fire pit area and hot tub.

Helen is one of Georgia's most festive towns year-round. Here are the highlights to plan around:
🍺 Oktoberfest (Sep 10 – Nov 1) — The longest-running Oktoberfest in the US, right in downtown Helen. German music, bratwursts, beer, and the famous keg-tapping parade. This is peak season — book early.
🎈 Hot Air Balloon Race (June) — The annual Helen to Atlantic Hot Air Balloon Race launches right from downtown.
🎆 Fourth of July — Grand fireworks display over the Chattahoochee River in downtown Helen.
🌸 Spring Festivals (April – May) — Alpine Helen Songwriters Festival, Art in the Park at Smithgall Woods, Mountain Laurel Festival, and the Habersham Winery Spring Festival just minutes away.
🍂 Fall Foliage (October) — The Blue Ridge mountains turn spectacular shades of red, orange, and gold. One of the most beautiful times to visit North Georgia.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Aliona’s alpine chalet. I would definitely stay here again with our family. We really enjoyed the space, as we had teenagers and a toddler with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. Had everything we needed to even make Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. Loved the hot tub and proximity to town. 10/10

It was a great space close to town. I walked into town every morning. The bedrooms are smaller than they appear on the pictures, but comfortable. The upstairs loft, the basement, and the patios are all great common spaces. We enjoyed having the firepit and sitting outside. Overall, would highly recommend.

We LOVED our stay. The house is equipped with everything you need to host a fun family getaway. Having multiple living rooms and spaces to gather allowed us to enjoy adults time in one space while the kids were able to hang in the other areas.

Great cabin and close to town. Location perfect for Helen events. Plenty of fun things to do at the cabin and big enough for 8-10 adults. Amazing. We will be back.

This cabin was great! Eight of us stayed for 5 nights and found the accommodations clean and well stocked. All the amenities needed were there and every family member had something to do. We grilled, enjoyed the fire pit and played pool and foosball. The host was gracious and handled minor problems quickly. Highly recommend.

The location is amazing! You are right in downtown Helen, but tucked away in the woods, so you'd never know it. The cabin is beautiful and equipped with everything you'd need. There was also much to do--games, billiards, fire pit, etc. We will definitely stay there again.

“Spa” House Getaway

This property has it all! Indoor Shana, outdoor hot tub, fuse ball, beautiful pool table! Even a Christmas tree up! So much to do at the property, great for friends and family. Highly recommend if you’re looking for that real cabin feel!

Nice living space for large group

We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for a group of ten. We enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. We did end of driving to downtown, since it was a bit too far to walk in the cold, but the location was still in a nice spot. It was a very quiet location, too. The host communicated well and check-in and check-out were very simple. Overall great place to stay when visiting Helen, Ga.

Oktoberfest Weekend

Great stay, easy access to downtown Helen for Oktoberfest! 8 guests had plenty of room and we took advantage of all the amenities… firepit, pool table, sauna and more. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything! Kitchen and bathrooms had all you would need, extra towels for hot tub, plenty of dinnerware and wine glasses and lots of coffee and snacks to get started. Definitely will rent again.

Father's Day getaway

My family and I took a trip to Helen, GA for a Father's Day getaway. The cabin was great. The pictures posted online are accurate. The cabin was very clean and has everything you could think of. The Host provided more than enough towels, linens, blankets, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies. You name it, she most likely provided it. The kitchen has anything you would need during your stay. The host was GREAT! She responded to any and all questions before, during, and at check out within minutes. If you are like us and have to sleep with a fan, there were at least three fans in the cabin. The beds and pillows were comfy. The location is very close to the main road/town and small grocery store. Highly recommend booking this place!! 5 stars! Now I have to convince my husband another to make another trip some time this winter.
