Reasonably priced, clean rooms and a comfy bed.
There was a $5 parking fee which would be fine I guess, if on vacation, you could walk everywhere, but we were in the area for work.

Parking was great, we had a handicap room which had everything we needed, jim in the office was exceptional, he made sure breakfast ran smoothly and was so helpful checking in and answering any questions we had, he was a delight, great personality 😀

Honest little motel. Nothing great but with the location being downtown Helen, it was great. Staff excellent, breakfast was outstanding. Downside as a guest paying 5.00 a day/night for parking.

Really clean rooms and well kept property. I stayed only one night since I was on my way home from Chattanooga where I had a really bad experience with my hotel there. But this hotel was a reward for my previous experience. Definitely I will stay here next time.

Breakfast was fresh and the staff was really nice. Best of all clean rooms and the smell of cleanliness when you enter the room it's a big plus. Parking was safe even though there was a $5 parking fee from a debit card on file being there was no deposit as the rest of the hotels in town have 50 to $100 deposit which is returnable but still makes a lot easier when you don't have a lot of funds and you want to have a lot of fun. Recommended stay again every time I come I'll go there thanks had a wonderful trip

Ciera at the front desk was amazing! She was very welcoming and gave all kinds of great ideas on things to see as well as the nightly fire where you could do s'mores. There was also a college volleyball team staying there and she was so helpful to them along with all the other guests at breakfast.
