Fantastic

Location in a gated community in the mountains is just beautiful. Spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities included. Very quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This property is located just a mile from Helen. It offers clean rooms and hot tub. When I had to talk to owners about an issue they responded right away and had the one issued fixed within 1 hour. I would recommend this to others.

Everything was perfect! Loved the location very peaceful, safe, hot tub, If you’d like more privacy I would definitely rent out basement that can be accessed through main home. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This is a great property but it is not being taken care of properly. We had issues everyday and had to call the fire department out. This was my second stay at this property and it was my last stay at this property.

Great Weekend

My sister & brother-in-law had never been to Helen and the north Georgia mountains. The home we rented was perfect! The home was in a gated community which made us feel safe and the porch and balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful setting. The home was very clean, and the amenities were a nice addition.

Great get-away

Everything was great. Only complaint is the day bed with trundle. It was a couples trip so that's not suitable for a couple. Kid's maybe but not 2 adults.

Excellent Innsbruck house

We loved this place for our stay in Helen. The top section is perfect for a smaller party or couple of families. We didn’t initially realize that the house was a split listing, but were happy that there is basically no overlap or interaction with the party staying on the lower level. Ample parking for both too. Having some toys and games tucked away for the kids was awesome. Patio and grilling area was great as well.

Great house for a family

This was our first time renting a home for our vacations and I could not have asked for a better place for my family. We have young children and there were toys and bored games for us to use. Even a pack n play and high chair for our baby. It’s in a quiet and beautiful location. Just a bit of a steep and windy drive to get to the house. Would book again for future trips.

Quiet and cozy home!

Everything was as described, perfect beautiful home. There was anything you could possibly need, all we needed to bring was our clothes and food. The only thing that we were bothered by (it wasn’t a big issue just different) was that the basement was rented to other guests. I had no idea that the basement was rentable and we could hear the other guests down stairs. We were lucky and they were very respectful of us as we were of them. It just felt strange having strangers in the same house. Other than that it’s a 10/10 highly recommend this home!!!

Great Stay!

The home was phenomenal. Super clean and convenient to EVERYTHING you need or want to do. The only thing i found a little inconvenient was the location of the hot tub. If we had wanted to use it, we would have had to go outside the front door and down the hill. And the use of the hot tub is shared with the occupants in the basement loft. That is a minute issue. Secondly, the only television in the place that had some form of watchable content was the living room. The bedroom tv did not have any sort of cable connection or streaming service. Again, another small detail. Overall the place was GREAT and we would use it again.

Father’s Day Fun!

Wonder home right in the middle of everything Helen has to offer! The home also has assess to a community pool and playground. While we did not golf, lots of opportunities for that - home is right off one of the fairways. While there are beds for six, only two bedrooms as the third area is a loft that is best suited for kids. Outstanding kitchen along with excellent laundry room. Large balcony with space for 4-6 at a table to eat along with space to sit outside. Great propane gas grill. Large front porch with a swing and lots of seating. Large TV in the great room, but the system is a bit challenging to figure out. Have asked for laminated instructions. Internet/WiFi access was quite poor- not sure what the issue was, but the management team was to look into it. Unfortunately the hot tub was not available for use during our stay. Great location and would have been good. Will return for a future trip- great time celebrating Father’s Day!

Great location!

We enjoyed our time at this cozy space! Beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the couches watching TV. We loved the great location to downtown Helen!

Great adult attractions( winery and brewery), German Restaurant, walkable downtown shopping and the friendliest people❤️ The rental was perfect…wouldn’t change a thing!

Beautiful Home

House was perfect size for 6 adults, clean, beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Neighborhood is a gated community with a guard on duty. It’s about 2.5 miles from downtown Helen. Not exactly walking distance but it’s close and you can find parking downtown. Would definitely stay at this house again.
