「I booked & paid for this hotel weeks in advance and reserved a room with two queen beds and when arrived they said they overbooked and gave us a room with a king bed with couch that had a pull out mattress. The pull out mattress was uncomfortable and our teenage daughter didn't sleep on it so we all had to sleep in the king bed which was the purpose of having two beds reserved.
