「The staff was great, the room was clean. We had a small issue with our door not locking, but that was sorted quickly. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at night, but we would stay there again. Hopefully they will offer breakfast soon. Overall, it was a great stay.」

「Manager of the apartments very friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Communication was excellent. The room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh linens. Very close to public transportation, grocery stores and bakeries. Grafetti was an eye sore, however everyone in the neighborhood seemed nice and we felt safe walking around. Building itself was very secure and the balcony was nice to be able to sit outside at night. Would highly recommend...

「Very thoughtful and well-designed space from layout, finishes and extra details. Aesthetically and proportionately, the space was great and very clean. Laundry machines were available for use. From outside the building and even in main corridor, you would not think how it could look inside. The inner lobby for Kin rooms was also thoughtfully designed, which helps prepare you for how nice your room is. Kitchenette had good amenities for simple cooking and eating in. 「Hotel is located in a busy neighborhood and I regret booking a room with window and fountain view. Bad soundproof and useless blackout curtain, dun expect one can sleep. Slow WiFi with bad connection. Limited amenities (even phone got disconnected). Way overpriced and really not worth it.」

「Very very very cold room. AC didn’t work properly, breakfast space was limited and not taken care of (couples occupying tables for 6 people, although there were enough tables for 2), families then had to wait with small children until the tables were free. Breakfast was counted. If something was empty (ie toast, milk, coffee) it wasn’t filled up anymore. Location is not as good as it’s stated by other reviews - very run down neighborhood. With kids and family wouldn’t stay there anymore.」
