The rooftop restaurant and bar was a wonderful setting for the great variety of breakfast food and for cocktails in the evening with views of the Parthenon. The pool was too cold to really enjoy when we were there.

NYX Esperia Palace Hotel Athens
From the check in the staff tried hard to make you buy stuff like spa treatments and wine bottles. They required pants to enter their restaurants and quite frankly I understand no beach wear, but pants in a beach hotel is to much. This hotel was located in a great area with shopping and lots of food. It was a little rough outside and there was some protesting at one point. But it was lively and gave a lot of options.
