"The location is excellent, just next to the metro station and right in the middle of a very lively area. However the entrance is very small and at first I was not even sure if it was a hotel. There were a lot of people going in and out because of the rooftop bar upstairs so I did feel a bit concerned about security. Solo female travellers might want to be extra cautious. The room was spacious and comfortable. I saw online reviews mentioning noise at night since the area is busy but I did not hear anything during my stay. One of the best surprises was that the shampoo and shower gel were from Korres. If there had been conditioner too it would have been perfect. Breakfast is served at another hotel which makes the process a bit complicated. You have to cross the street and walk up a set of stairs to find the restaurant. That said the view of the Acropolis from the breakfast area is a nice bonus. The food itself was average and nothing very special. I expected more local Greek dishes but there were not many. Even the olive oil only had one option. The taste was fine and it was enough to keep me full. What really stood out was the staff. I made a mistake when booking and was quite stressed about it. Rozauia from the front desk helped sort everything out and I am truly grateful for her support. She really saved me."
