“Our stay at this accommodation was very disappointing overall and fell well short of expectations based on the listing.
Communication prior to arrival was poor. We had to chase for basic check-in information, including access codes and instructions for entering the property. This created unnecessary stress before arrival and made the check-in process feel disorganised rather than welcoming or prepared.

“I had a great experience staying here. I accidentally went to the management office instead of the apartment and arrived completely exhausted and sweaty after traveling. Stelios was amazing — he kindly gave me a ride to the apartment, offered me water, and made sure I could get into my room as quickly as possible.
