「On a sketchy street. Had to pay 20 euro for an early check in as they wouldn’t let us in 30 mins prior to our check in time even though no one was in the room then our code didn’t even work so they had to contact a local worker to open the door for us. Unresponsive on getting check in info by email had to contact Expedia customer support multiple times. Just few things that I would recommend to improve: have wifi code somewhere in the room, so that I do not need to wait until the morning to ask host (I checked in late). Also, there were no forks and tea bags. Another nice thing to have. Besides that, everything was great」

When we suddenly needed luggage storage, they immediately helped us for free and even allowed us to pick up our things after a few days. 「On arrival we were unable to get into the apartment. We sent a message and tried to call but there was no response and we started to panic. We were dripping with sweat after a fifteen minute walk from the port with luggage and it wasn’t a great start to our stay. Eventually a lady appeared and let us in. We then couldn’t get into the room as despite the key clicking the door mechanism wouldn’t unlock. Eventually we were given a key but it was quite concerning that we could have the same problem...

「We were in Room 401 which is the two level penthouse. Great space for two adults and two preteen kids. The neighbourhood is a maybe a bit far if you are planning to go down to the main tourist area every day, but the restaurants around the hotel are great and give a really nice peaceful evening which we definitely appreciated. Breakfast was as expected if you’ve travelled in Europe, lots of options (boiled eggs, fruit, toast, yogurt, cereal).」

One of the days the bedroom was not made and we did not know way. I think they can improve the service a lot. Not the service you expect for the amount that you paid.」
