「Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. Later in the evening we were eating take out pizza in the breakfast area and witnessed Elio deal with a difficult guest. She handled the woman with respect and kindness which demonstrates maturity beyond her young age. Very impressed by this young woman.」
