"When we arrived. There was trash outside of the 2 trash cans by the entrance. I saw this the entire time we were coming and going. My daughter's room. The A/C wasn't working properly and the refrigerator in the room wasn't working as well. She also told me that they never came and cleaned her room. She had to ask for a trash bag."
