"Friendly staff and very helpful"

"Bathtub was very nasty looking, but turned out that someone evidently washed out paint supplies in the tub and it would not come clean. The beds were very hard and felt like box springs. You could feel the springs in the mattress. There was two broken chairs in the room and I got several big bites, which I am assuming were from fleas since it was a pet friendly room and I didn’t see any signs of bedbugs. When reported to staff, she just shrugged it off. I have stayed here multiple times and this is the first time it has ever been bad. Hoping this was the ONLY bad room, but probably won’t take a chance again."

"This house was exactly what we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the older charm of the place—it has a lot of character—but don’t let the age of the home discourage you. It’s been well cared for and turned out to be a fantastic place to stay.The kitchen was clean, functional, and had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels and sleeping arrangements for our whole group. Everything about the property matched the listing, so there were no surprises when we arrived.What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The host was incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. At one point, one of our friends blew a tire on her trailer. I was about 30 minutes behind them with a jack to help fix it, but by the time I arrived, the owner and his brother-in-law—who both live on either side of the property—had already stepped in and taken care of it. That kind of kindness and willingness to help really says a lot about the people here.Overall, this was a great experience with great people. If we find ourselves needing a place to stay in Helper again, this property will definitely be at the top of our list."

"We stayed here for just one night while passing through on a longer drive, and it was exactly what we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and easy to access, which made our late arrival stress-free. The bed was comfortable, and everything felt well-kept and ready for guests.
