In the country house villa for 1-12 people, you will find 3 apartments:
1. "Dielenwohnung" 70 m² for 1-4 people
2. "Klavierwohnung" 40 m² for 1-3 people
3. "Kaminofenwohnung" 90 m² for 2-5 people
You can combine the apartments as needed or book them individually.

- 3 living rooms with sofa beds
- 3 bathrooms (1 with shower/WC, 2 with bathtub/WC)
- 2 large kitchens
- 1 small pantry kitchen, so you can cook together or against each other!
All guests can dine together in a large living room, the "Dielenwohnung" with a fireplace, at a banquet table. Each of the cozy apartments has a fireplace.

Behind the house flows the "River Oste" and a cycling and hiking trail on the river's dyke is within sight.
The house is surrounded by lawns, fruit trees (apple, cherry, pear trees & raspberry bushes - at the right time there is fresh fruit to snack on) & old large oaks.
Highlight: The garden with a campfire site that can be used depending on the weather by prior arrangement with the landlady.
