“Owner needs to grasp that guests travel to JFK from long distances. They have a right to some communication and assurance that the apartment they have paid for will be accessible if their flight is delayed. Owner refused to answer questions & delayed making clear that he would be able to get the key to us until very last possible moment. Terrible service and terrible arrangements for anybody who might be traveling a long way— or might run into the quite common cancelations & delays. When……

“Family friendly. Loved the games and the NY city teams. My grandmother would have loved it too. She is a die hard NY Mets fan. The hosts were super accommodating making sure our twins had their high chair and cribs. Our family LOVED the bidet!!! My daughter LOVED her room. The hosts took the guess work out of our trip. Thank you so much for making a fellow NYer feel comfortable. ”

“We were in town with our family celebrating my son’s wedding. The house was very clean and spacious. Our host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back whenever we come back to visit!”

“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting……

“Very cute place in a quaint established neighborhood. Great location. Not quiet though, loud party down the street every night, wall in the house that separates the 2 rentals is very thin. The neighbors full conversations and television shows could be heard clearly from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms as well as airplanes flying overhead 24/7. There was also a weird window at the top of the wall in the kitchen where neighbors could look in on each other. The shower stall door was half……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 8 people and the house was perfectly sized, plenty of space for us all to share and move around. The neighborhood was meticulously groomed. Shops nearby, beaches, restaurants!!! With two little kids we had no issues. Host responded promptly with requests. Could have been prepared in advance to bring paper products and cleaning supply such as 409 but no bigger.”
