La habitación muy bien me hubiera gustado que la cama principal fuera más cómoda es un sofá cama que para ser sincera rechinaba y no es confortable, pero para estancia corta no está tan mal, el clima no nos permitió probar la piscina, el personal amable, el estacionamiento aunque es de la propiedad tiene costo

Le faux établissement 4 étoiles

Plaque de cuisson défectueuse, obligation d’appeler la réception pour allumer la climatisation. Pas de solution apportée par l’équipe de l’hôtel, le fait de dire nous sommes désolés et des excuses n’apporte pas de solution et rend irritable le temps des vacances. Les vacances ont un coût, en payant un 4 étoiles nous n’imaginions pas avoir ce genre de soucis. Voyageant beaucoup dans l’année, je peux vous dire que cet établissement ne mérite pas 4 étoiles.

Poor Service

The service was poor. I stayed a week and the room was never cleaned! Even though I asked several times. The bathroom was broken and didn’t flush for two days and they didn’t fix it. After several times/two days of me asking them to change me to a different room they did.

Séjour octobre

Une semaine de vacances passée à visiter la région en randonnee. Le site Est idéal pour aller à la fois vers biarritz et l Espagne. La résidence permet de bénéficier une réduction sur l entrée au spa de la thalassothérapie Serge Blanco . Un bémol, Le manque d isolation phonique entre les étages car nous profitions bien du mouvement de chaises des voisins du dessus. Heureusement nous n étions pas en été. À part cela, La résidence Est idéalement placée et le personnel accueillant.
