「We had such a good time here. I believe we were one of the first people to stay in this VRBO - and for being one of the firsts, there were little kinks they were working out. All that was wrong was a suck doorknob which was fixed right away. Loretta was so kind and responded asap to any communication. They went all out on this place. They got the upgraded appliances, cookware, bedding, etc. we felt like we were living in luxury. 」

「Nasty! Extreme amount of mold. This house shouldn’t be allowed to host guest. Dangerous staircase. Curtains not in the walls properly and falling. Roaches on the dishes. No central heat and air. Do not book here! 」

「We had a great time at the lake house and enjoyed all the amenities. Evan was great and very responsive to all our questions. The location is beautiful and the sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge were all top notch. We will be back!」

「I will start this by saying we did speak to Evolve and we were reimbursed 10% of our stay. I still feel we paid more than what we got- as we’ve stayed other places and have a baseline of expectations. There were not Adirondack chairs as pictured- no fire pit chairs at all. The outdoor space was not cleaned (nothing a little powerwash won’t fix). Deck furniture covered in dust/pollen. At the time of our reservation it was listed as having a charcoal grill. It did not have one, but there was a gas...
