「Breakfast was just egg and cheese fold overs, sausage, waffles, two cereals, one yogurt, bagels and toast, coffee, juice. But not bad. Rooms were large and bed was comfy. Why can’t hotels go back to big pillow though?」

「We chose the queen suite. It was very nice and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Very well maintained and we loved the town of Hendersonville. The room had everything we could have needed. I would recommend, for sure!!! We will be back.」

「My stay was great. Staff was awesome, pleasant and polite. My only suggestion would be a little more variety in breakfast items. Different muffins, donuts, pancakes, greek yogurt. The breakfast was good and plenty of it just a little boring.」

「The entry keypad didn’t work when we arrived. There are no night stands next to the bed. No area to put your clothing to unpack. The restaurant closes early…8pm. The property is not being maintained well. Good thing, is that it is nearby Biltmore and Asheville.」

「They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor. 「Pool area had no clean pool towels . No one in the area checking on this . Stable where horses and goats were had extremely dirty water that looked like it hasn’t been changed in days. Food at the restaurant was below average. Many food items were not available. Prices are very high for what you get . Understaffed. Mosquitoes were all in the pool bathroom and sauna areas. Game room was a mess no one around to keep it tidy .cold plunge not working Pro : room was clean and linens were clean...

「We had a wonderful stay at Holiday inn- Arden Hotel! The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely stay here again. 「Not handicapped friendly. Only the Office, Restaurant, and Woodward House have Handicapped ramps. All other facilities seem to have stairs. This place must have been awesome 100 years ago. Currently, it is overgrown. There is poison ivy in most of the flower beds. Dead trees are draped with English Ivy that remains unkempt. Polk berry plants and other weeds are common. Hedges are overgrown and block the view of what could be beautiful scenery. Aggressive wasps inhabit the corner siding of the...
