「The rooms were clean however we were unable to sleep due to all the noise in other rooms. It was to be non smoking hotel however people were smoking pot in room by us and our room filled with the smell as well as the hall way. I had a severe migraine headache due to this as well. Was not worth the money spent for sure.」

「Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property. 「Although the beds were good, staff was friendly, and place was clean this is a bare minimum standard. The hot tub wasn't heated (which was 1 of my 2 criteria for selecting a hotel), the food selection in the shop all needed microwaved but none available, and the pool area didn't have the towels stocked. The previous hotel we stayed at was a third the price and had towels, food, and 2 working hot tubs.」
