“Beautiful lobby, exceptional staff”

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“There was hair in the shower, I stepped on something sticky and wet by the bed, the nightstand by the bed blinds were very dusty , we did not have anything to stir our coffee and no hand soap or extra toilet paper in bathroom. We ate at the steakhouse and it was absolutely wonderful!”

“This was a spur of the moment decision to get this hotel as it was right off the highway. They had really good prices so we were a little worried it would be a dump. It ended up being even better than the hotel we stayed at for our vacation! It was clean, the room was big and clean and cool. We missed the breakfast so I have no comment on that but everything else was great!”

“Not impressed! The bathrooms must have been designed by a man. There is nowhere for a lady to put her cosmetics. The lighting is atrocious, and there is no makeup mirror. The floors in my room seemed gritty, like they had sand on them. The hotel was under construction, which should have been disclosed in the ad. The balcony for my room was not a private balcony, and anyone from another room could have walked to my door. The ad led me to believe there was a restaurant and bar in the……

“I stay often in Pass Christian and this location is perfect, central to Gulfport to Bay St. Louis. 20 mins to airport. Restaurants, bars and beach within steps and downtown near, walkable. Hotel is a little dated, room 203 with 2 dbl beds could use some upgrades, but loved the convenient location, the small patio with chairs overlooked parking area behind building, bed was comfortable and room clean. Would most definitely stay again. The hotel has 4 Floors (Penthouse on 4th), Salon on 1st……

“The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good compared to others in this price range. All rooms are exterior doors so it wS a little loud being by the pool. The noisedid shut down at 10 pm. Over all a nice clean room at a great rate.”

“We have been to this property several times over the years. This day had good points, but the lack of staff this time made this a negative experience. We stayed only two nights our room was never cleaned by housekeeping, we did not have do not disturb on the door. Had to ask for towels. Our air-conditioning in our room did not work, this happened before to us. When traveling with children you need a good nights sleep and when it’s 80° in your room, it’s difficult. The pool area and lazy river……
