Based on NC commission laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us.

• The second bedroom on this level has a cozy twin bed with a twin trundle, perfect for additional guests.
• Another bedroom with a king bed offers comfort and style.
• You’ll find an additional full bathroom in the hallway.

Entertainment & Technology:

• The living room is equipped with a Sonos speaker for great sound quality, and the Amazon Alexa system makes controlling the lights and ambiance effortless. Smart TV in the living room.
• Upstairs, a game lover’s dream awaits with both a pool table and a ping pong table.

Upper Floor Amenities:

• One bedroom is set up with two full/twin bunk beds, perfect for family members or friends.
• Another bedroom with a queen bed offers added privacy and comfort.
• There’s also a full bathroom with a stand-up shower in the hallway.

• Unwind in the large hot tub set or enjoy the fresh air on the outdoor patio.

This home is designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind, offering a beautiful, tech-friendly, and spacious retreat for your stay.

We do allow you to bring your pups, no more than two per stay. there is a $25 per pet, per night policy!
